Isha Koppikar hailing from a Saraswat

Konkani family, entered the glamour world

through modelling. The 5 feet 7 inches

Mumbai- based stunning beauty featured in

music videos and ads like Camay, Rexona,

L'Oreal, Ponds, Tips & Toes, Coke etc and

made her filmy debut with the Tamil flick

'Kadhal Kavithai' (1998). She won the

Filmfare best newcomer award for the same.

Though the gorgeous girl entered Bollywood

with the aborted film 'Ek Tha Dil Ek Thi

Dhadkan', she mesmerized movie goers with

her sexy item number ' Khallas' in Ram

Gopal Varma's film 'Company' (2002). A

graduate in Life Sciences, she loves dancing,

painting and candle making. Her

performances in films like Qayamat (2003)

and Pinjar (2003) were greatly appreciated.

In 2004, her role as a lesbian in the bold film

'Girlfriend' (2004)courted controversy and

put her in the limelight.
