Sr. Siebel Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.  New York, NY 3-6 Months

Looking for a strong Siebel candidate, not just an average person.   Support Siebel 7.5 Enhancements & modification in a S/A & B/A support role 20%   Involved in the design and implementation of Seibel application development. 20%   Support the configuration and customization using Siebel to define and modify objects-applets, views, and screens.20%   Support and develop and test plans & test case creation 20%   Involved in the design and implementation of Seibel application development. 10%   Act as liaison between the business and development teams 10&   Competencies/Skills:   Knowledge:    ·         Expertise in using Siebel 7.5/7.7, DB2, Shell script under AIX environments ·         Heavy experience supporting a Seibel based Call Center ·         Knowledge of Siebel Data Warehousing, EIM/ETL tools ·         Must have clear excellent communication skills – both written & verbal ·         Understanding of analytics, web seal reverse proxy, IVR ·         Expertise with configuring and customizing user interfaces and Server Administration ·         Experience with Workflow Manager, EAI, CTI, Actuate server Administration, Clustering, Resonate Load Balancing   Education and Experience: (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results.)   Education:    ·         Siebel 7 Certified. ·         DB2 Certified. ·         BS in Computer Science   Experience:       ·         5+ years of design, development, and deployment of software and application packages. ·         5+ years of Siebel implementation experience. ·         Strong background in Call Center support ·         Experience with Siebel Server Administration, Siebel Tools, Siebel Data Modeling and Actuate server ·         Strong background in Siebel architecture internals ·         Experience with both Siebel 7.5, 7.7 and 8.0.   Other Requirements: (Consider other specific requirements essential to the successful performance of position responsibilities and accountabilities, e.g., travel.  Identify the frequency of action and weight involved with the physical demands of essential functions performed by the position, if applicable.   Frequent – 34-66% of time
