Location: PA,

Duration: 12Months.

Job Summary:

Client developed ClearQuest Training Workshops in order to training application development teams in the use of ClearQuest and associated best practice processes, specifically in the use of Enhancement and Defect records.

Participate in workshop enhancements as needed.

Hold tool demos and adhoc mentoring sessions as needed to support the rollout.

Collaborate with tools and mentoring staff to ensure rollout activities are in sync with goals.

Required Skills/Competencies:

Three or more years experience using ClearQuest in and Application Development environment for change management practices.

One to three years of training and/or mentoring experience with ClearQuest and change management practices.

Understanding of integration points between RequisitePro, ClearCase and TestManager.

Two years or more experience with PowerPoint to deliver training. 

Preferred Skills:

One or more years of experience with development using the Rational Unified Process and detailed knowledge / experience with other Rational tools including RequisitePro, TestManager and ClearCase.
